I haven't done the front yet, but just did the rear brakes on my '87
last week without much trouble.  You shouldn't have any problem doing
this with basic tools. I had the rear wheel hub off so it made access a
little easier, but this isn't necessary.  Can't really estimate the time
since I did the brakes, wheel bearings, and CV joints at the same time.
Only problem I had was from the new brake hardware kit I used.  The shoe
retaining pins were too short.
