OK, how about a 12" diameter plastic sewer pipe, mounted on legs to the top
of the van, extending five feet in front and leading to the 'vortex' at the
rear of the van? Put the oil cooler in there.  Behind the oil cooler, put in
a fan connected to a turbo pump to increase intake pressure.  Behind that, a
fan connected to an alternator.  Heck, might as well throw in an afterburner
while we're at it.
