Subject: window trim and carpet question
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

I just removed the side chrome window trim on my 87 and it looks 100% better. I know I can't take the trim off of windshield but what about the rear window? will it leak or cause problems if I remove it from the rear window (hatch)???

Also I am thinking of buying a front carpet kit from sewfine. I need a kit that replaces all the front carpet including the seat bases and wheel wells.

http://www.sewfineproducts.com/vanagoncat/vancat04.html

its 9 piece and sells for $195.

Has anyone installed such a kit? any comment on the quality/fit?

I notice that gowesty sells a similiar kit for $350. In a email they will not say who mfg's it. Could it be made by sewfine and marked up that much? Has anyone installed the gowesty carpet?

TIA
