I'm merely quoting from a Car and Driver article on the Scirocco. I assume they were talking about 0-60 acceleration (low 8/high 7 in the 'roc.) Top end is supposed to be 125, but I've never tried it..

Bah. They'll all be breathing my nice clean Subaru exhaust when I get the money to replace my Vanagon's tired old 2.1. :)
