Folks,

Have now run 60 (Westfalia, Vanagon, Syncro, EV and a few Brand X) CarFax reports for list members.

Wanted to share observations about our Vans:

1. 15% were sold thru an Auto Auction at one time

2. 10% of the Vanagons 1987 or earlier have less than 100,000 miles

3. 5% have Salvage/Junk Titles

4. 5% where purchased from original owner

5. 50% have been titled in 2 states or less

6. 5% have been titled in Canada at some time

7. 25% are on the West Coast

8. 10% have potential speedometer rollback issues

9. Highest recorded mileage was 300,000 .... Alaska List Member

Comments Encouraged.

Willing to do more CarFax reports on your vehicles.

Email me with a 17 Character VIN number.

Please don't clog the List with VINs ... PMail (Email) me directly
