You need to make this yourself from stainless steel. The original type rusts thru very quickly because it is at high temperature and rather thin. Hardware stores or home centers usually have the material you need, perhaps in the plumbing dept. If your original type had a pin crosswise at the end, use a bolt as a substitute and bend the thin SS strap around it. Drill the holes at the other end after you have the strap bent to the right shape to go around the bottom of the muffler. Many people also use SS hose clamps joined together.
