It is not true...for me at least...

My modified engine with a bigger duration cam, ratio rockers, lightened flywheel, mildly ported heads and the Aussie Chip can go from @1500 rpm and back to 5000+ rpm in fourth gear (@25 mph to @75 mph, I have one more gear to go also...) smooth with no vibrations...
