Hi all - sometimes it seems like my Van doesn't shift to the right gear. I'll be in gear and want to shift higher - I'll shift, but only when the RPM's get a bit higher (like a 3 second delay) will it actually shift into the proper gear.

Does this sound familiar to anybody? Anybody know what I should do to fix it?
