Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

hello gang

question as to the longevity of the bottom end of the 2.1L. I'm looking at doing the head gaskets here, maybe new heads. my motor has about 133K on it and I was wondering if the bottom end would still be considered on the "durable side". I'm looking to have anice reliable engine til I can save up to do a conversion. also would like it to be reliable enough that someone would want to install it in there van later on. i hear rumors of weak/out of round rods around this milage. how true is it
