Leave everything behind except the Bentley and a water pump, (the belts are a good idea). Do take a computer to access the list. Print out the list of recommended vendors.

This summer we found the list priceless when the water pump began to seep in Des Moines after several hours of driving. We were up and running 14 hours later because after the mechanics installed the Carquest pump (which turned out to leak more than the original) and the shop guy had called all his sources in town and couldn't come up with another one. I called a list vender and he had one on the shelf. The shop guy picked it up and it was on by 2:30. Worst case was overnight air from either the east or west coast. Why invest all that $$$ when the most it will cost you is a couple of days? Plus the weight? Last thing you want is a heavily laden van going up a mountain grade since this stresses the van tons. Plus loss in MPG.

Cheers,
