nobody makes them to my knowlege.. you can get the clear/smoked front turn signal lenses for the vanagon thru Projektzwo or VWSA, but not the taillights. i just tinted mine, the amber part is now blacked out. looks pretty cool. and no, it doesnt create a safety hazard, its the same percentage tint as the A3 Golf GTI / Jetta GT/GLX smoked taillights.
