If you take the screws out does it remain in place? Does it have the clips that hold onto the legs of the rear bench like in the non-folding benches? Are the two cut-outs there just to let air in as the rear heater blows it out? If, without the screws, it behaves like the non GL seat, then you're laughing, you just avoid putting the screws back in. But I don't even know if the fold out seat has the legs like the non-GL. I'll bet you could tell by looking. But then again, I'm not providing a whole lot of outstanding input... My non-GL panel pops on and off of the seat legs beautifully and I like it. It's brown, the corners are chafed from being bumped against things. Have a good long weekend, folks.
