Subject: PST Rear Sway Bar installation issues.......HELP!
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

I just drilled the two 3/8" holes for the U-bolt that fastens the D-bushing/bracket to the bottom of the frame. I cant seem to fit the U-bolt inside the framemember, becouse the upper frame that crosses the crossmember is blocking the insertion. And the flippin' directions were written by someone with a typewriter that brakes down after fifty words, absolutly no where does the directions say "Vanagon" and the sales rep confirmed its the right kit for us. Says:"Directions are for kit 354"

Directions say: "Place a lock nut on one end of the U-bolt, insert other end into the second hole drilled in the frame bottom. Maneuver until it reappears from the other hole. Place the free end of the bar bracket around it and start another lock nut"

Will i have to re-drill the holes in another area?(further out toward the sides)

Thank for your help

Phil 84' Westy Tiico
