Subject:      Automatic shift point adjustment....anyone done this?

My 88 runs pretty well, but I can't help but feel some adjusting automatic transmission is in order.  The throttle linkage is all alrright, I get kick down and all that if i really step on the gas..............but here are the numbers    


1st gear.......shifts into 2nd at about 2800rpm........


2nd gear....shifts into 3rd about 3300 rpm........and when this happens, 3rd is just a slight drop in rpm.........seems that the shift points are a little low and really not utilizing the "power band" of the motor..............


Anyone fooled with this?
