Been there quite a few times, both as a child and an adult. My recommendations would be: 1. The Museum near the harbor, always something wonderful to see. 2. Fort Rod Hill Park, west of Victoria proper, probably a bus route that serves it. A nice place to spend a quiet afternoon learning some history. 3. Mt. Douglas just north of town, great views of the area. Have fun! Mark 82 Westy -----Original Message----- I'm not taking my Vanagon (obligatory content) since the Clipper goes up there so often and economically, and the Canadian border crossing is such a pain these days, we've decided to buzz up there for a couple days, and poke around a bit Anything besides that that we should try to hit? |
