I know one of the managers there and if I deal directly with him, He'll take care of me, but I still have to keep a close eye on him. I'll only buy from them as a last resort, or if the price is very good. A while ago, at the vanagon.com vender list, the parts place was the only vender, that I had seen, with a warning to be cautious about using them. However, I just looked for it and couldn't find it.
