Hi, the last Week of September, I will be making a trip from Arizona, through northern New Mexico, into southern and eastern Colorado to Burlington, way out on the eastern edge. Traveling in '90 white Westy with big black Lab. Route is out of AZ into NM at Socorro, north on I25, through Albuquerque, skirt around Santa Fe on NM 4 to Jemez Valley, on up to Bandelier Nat. Monument. Continue on up to Taos, then out to Raton, Trindad CO and northeasterly through La Junta, etc. Looking for good campgrounds (public only, no KOA types), hot springs and other interesting sites away from the cities. Also anyone along the way that could offer help if needed. Thanks, Jerry |
