Everyone starts out on eBay with sunglasses on, so yeah there are good people in there. However, for a while I was being "stalked" by a zero feedback bidder. I was selling a vintage Vendo 44 Coke Machine. Mr. or Ms. Sunglasses got the high bid, in fact bumping someone who had come to see the machine locally and was interested. Sunglasses never replied to e-mails, I offered the machine to the local buyer who then lowballed me. I relisted the machine only to have another zero feedback bidder bid on it they bid $12,000 for a machine that never fetches more than $4,000 in perfect condition (and this one was far from perfect). I cancelled their bid and adopted my "no newbies" policy.
