Subject:      Front door speaker removal

I'm trying to get the front speakers out to replace them and for the life of
me cannot turn the plastic circular fastener piece that holds the
grill/speaker onto the door panel.  Is there any trick to this or am I doing
something wrong?  I don't want to have to break the plastic fastener but
that's my next step.  Thanks.
