hey gang


So I bled my cooling system properly this weekend on my new van. quite a bit
of air seemed to come out. anyhow. after i took it for a drive i didnt seem
to notice that my cooling system was pressurizing like it was before. This
van is supposed to have a blown head gasket. Granted i only took it on a 8
mile drive. but I do live in the mountains--so it was a more brutal drive.
So my question--will air in the cooling system act like a gasket problem? I
would be so stoked if my heads were fine. i dont have access to a pressure
tester--unless i can find someone who rents em out. My water pump is still
leaking like crazy--so i need to fix that still (and get the proper coolant
in it)
