Hmmm... I don't know what it'll take to get the studs outta the hub but I expect it's a lot of pounding. If you can get the castellated Axle Nut off of both vans why not swap the wheel hubs and leave the studs in 'em... Unless I'm completely missing a section of my Bentley, the rear hubs are the same.
