Yeah, besides, how else can they get past zero feedback if noone else gives them a chance. That's like looking for your first job and everybody wants someone with experience. It's always a pleasure for me to be the first to give someone their first positive feedback and I make them aware of that.

The folks who should be avoided are those that have the sunglasses and look like they just signed on the day they are bidding. Perhaps that what Chris the Pokey Canadian meant.
