OK I don't know the name (I think it would be called a front hub) or part number but here is a photo:

The part I am wondering about is midway down the photo on the far right (and its twin on the far left), the part with the wheel studs connected to it.

Anyone have a part number? How much? Where I can get one? Is the round metal backing just a plate, or is it a fairly thick part?
