When I worked at NAPA the standard pricing was 33% above our cost.  Our
particular manager allowed us to manipuilate this percent to make a sale.
We were allowed to change the markup from 10% - 33%.  Of course if your
average markup dropped to low it would be a problem.  Always haggle.
