Subject:      Question about front windshield washer bottle on 1990

Hello all:


Awhile back my washer stopped working...mechanic
decided it was the motor on the bottle. Replaced it
with a use one...still no go.


Today found a kink in the hose where it joins the
bottle. Straightend it out and got washers to work
briefly (intermitently). Noticed the fluid does not
stay up in the tube above the little motor...should
pressure keep it up there?  I'm wondering if the new
motor(pump) is weak/worn?  Any suggestions???
