In defense: Recently made my first BD order. Parts were appropriately packaged and arrived in a suitable period of time. The gotcha was that they billed my debit card twice. Called the non-toll-free number and spoke with ? Next time I checked, my account reflected the overcharge being replaced. Good service. Good support. Prompt repair of error.
