I have seen the SINGLE slide-in middle westfalia seat sell for a lot, never free. Mine is not the single captains chair (dunce seat). This is a 2 person, 2 belt, 2 armrest seat that slides in or out in a jiffy (on tracks) to add seating in a WESTFALIA. Perhaps you are giving away standard passenger middle seats, understandably. On the other hand, if these are worth so little, it'll go with the westy when it sells. I have never seen another westy with this 2-person middle slider seat...but then again, seems there are really no busses left in Indiana outside of my garage ;) >> J, 2-person middle benches which slide in and are equipped with seat belts for two passengers are from 7-passenger busses. They all come with the tracks and belts etc. I am giving away one of each. I've had at least one listee told me NOT to give them away because he sells them for about $150 for Westy owners who want the extra seating. These seats are very common in my area. They are heavy and most folks have less of a need to carry that many passenger as much as they want the space and not have to carry the extra weight. Yeah, I know about the Captain Kirk Seat. I have one sitting in my living room waiting to be shipped out. BenT Vanagon Cafe |
