Chris- The Subaru-Vanagon Yahoo group is here: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/subaruvanagon/ It's got quite a few members, 831, and is a great source of info. I'm currently "in progress" of doing a Subaru transplant. I wish you luck with your SVX conversion. -----Original Message----- From: Vanagon Mailing List [mailto:vanagon@gerry.vanagon.com] On Behalf Of Chris Stanford Sent: Thursday, September 12, 2002 6:13 AM To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Subject: Where is the list for subaru motor conversions?
Well, I've decided it's a "go" for the SVX conversion. Tentatively getting my 3.3 SVX motor in October. Some in the past have referenced a group specifically tailored to the challenges facing subaru convertees. Can someone please point me to that list? Also, for any of you interested in a Tiico, looks like I'm going to have mine available 2nd quarter of next year(if my plan holds). It'll be a good chance for someone to pick up a low mileage complete(all belts, hoses, and accessories) inline 2.0 conversion motor. Chris Stanford Montgomery, AL |
