I don't think anyone sells the water tank cap anymore.  I've been
looking off and on for a year now.  I think www.GoWesty.com still
sells the drain cap.

For the water tank cap I resorted to making do with the old one.  I
bought a PVC pipe end cap (Home Depot) that was slightly larger. I
filled the end cap will marine Goop (Home Depot) and set the old cap
inside.  Let it dry for 24 hours and now I have a functional cap that
will work for years.  Been using it for 6 camping trips this summer
with no leaks.
