> One, sell my Westy and buy a Weekender.

Personally, Option #1 doesn't seem like a good option. Your current Vanagon is a known quantity and you seem to like it except for its limited seating capacity.

> Two, Remove my Westfalia equipment for Weekender equipment.

Option #2 Interior swap - Installing the interior out of a 87.5-91 Wolfsburg Edition, Carat or Multivan would give you seating for seven you want. You stated in Option 1 that "I have not really used the fridge and stove that much." so why hang on to it? Sell it to the highest bidder.

> Three, Sell the van, buy a 7 passenger SUV and pull behind trailer.

Option #3 - There is always a new Eurovan MV with the "Weekender Package" that meets all your needs plus will pull a trailer. All for around $30k.:>) You might even find a used one if you look hard enough.
