Ben,

It may be partially clogged somewhere. Apart from the obvious (nozzles), other places to look are:

check valve (if you have one)- on line from reservoir to nozzle.

the pump itself - have to drop tank (3 bolts, 2 electrical connections). Pump pulls out through grommet, check the intake for debris.
