10k?! man... that seems like WAY too much, considering physical condition regardless of how much "work" the owner has put in to it. I sold my 1991 GL for $10.5k 2 years ago, only because it was immaculate .. and had 54k on it. This on the other hand ... is another story.

I'd take the 10k, and buy a nicer van ... like the nice 1989 red vanagon westy on ebaymotors now.

Hope they feel they got their moneys worth ... or find an extra $6k stuffed in the seat cushions.
