What's the temp of the calipers? If they are hotter than the hubs, they are the likely source. If they are cooler, look to the wheel bearings.

Low cost no name parts or quality brand name stuff?? Can make a big difference. Also, did you flush new fluid through the system BEFORE you put on the new parts, or flush the filthy fluid into the new parts when you bled them??

Indeed, make sure they are adjusted properly. Also, after a run of several miles, jack up the front end and see if the wheels turn freely. That's the empirical test for this problems. Confirm it. Another possibility is the rebuilt calipers. If they were no name white box $39.95 loss leader weekend FLAPS specials, could well be it, or, as above, even if quality parts you may have re-contaminated them or the hoses with old gunky fluid.

Though consider, new pads and rotors will heat up quite a bit until broken in. See my sqeaky brakes post of a few days ago for the procedure.
