I've established that the best thing about this classic is, duh! Wait a minute, I had it a minute ago. Oh yes I remember, It'll run off the neighbors and I can have the whole block to myself. Lets see 2700 pounds at 3.5 cents a pound, less the engine and tranny of 400 pounds, I could net out $80.05 but I'd have $35.00 in the dolly rental so the crusher isn't the way to go. Maybe I could paint it green like my other Westy and hide it in the woods or maybe next to my hedges. My Brother suggested that zinc chromate paint with a clear coat sealer would be a good start. I'm thinking more that full coverage insurance and use it for chasing tornadoes might be the answer; How fast do tornadoes go? I could cut it like a 23 window and head out chasing a tornado and get $8,000.00 for it if I could ever get it airborne; exactly when are you supposed to jump out? Actually I'm looking forward to spending big bucks on this and coming out upside down by at least $5 grand so I'll always have something to bitch about. I've never sold a part that required motor freight and never sold a VW Westy or any VW to a Texas resident. If I had $475.00 to throw away for violations I could take it to the big Swap Meet this weekend at Texas Motor Speedway and drop it on one of those rich California boys that bring 18 wheel diesel rigs down full of Empi parts and FuFu wheels. Ah! Shuckins guys I think I'll just keep it so the neighbors will stop that waving at me bullshit.

Stan Wilder 83 Air Cooled Westfalia and a very Splittie that I think I'll call Resty. Road cow was taken but Road Kill might fit.
