I would top up with water if it's just for a few days. Even mixing coolants for a few days is of little concern. What is important is the service is a COMPLETE drain/rinse/replace.

Green is NEVER phosphate free, unless it's a mix of blue VW/Audi/Porsche/Autobahn/Jaguar and yellow Mercedes. Same stuff from the same Basf Corp. vat just different tints.
