When filling the tank, the overflow or bleeder valve is OPEN.  That's
the part of the Autostop that needs to be fully open and most propane
fillers don't know it--or with manual valves, the bleeder is open
slightly.  When liquid propane comes out, it is 80%.  In the Autostop
case, it shuts off the intake.  In the manual case, the guy wakes
up and shuts off his pump, surprised that it took so little as
he usually fills the big rigs.  ;-)

I've got rid of both my Autostops in favor of manual valves, but I
seem to recall complaints on the list about not being able to fill
as an indication of failing "auto"s....
