If your budget allows, install the following parts. 1) New wheel cylinders about $12.00 each 2) New shoes, about $16.00 both sides. 3) Rear brake lines, about $12.00 each. Clean the adjusters. Turn the drums, $12.00 the pair. This is a good time to bleed the entire hydraulic system and clean the lines. Requires about a quart of Dot 3 or Dot 4 brake fluid. $4.00 to $8.00. That is about all there is but get your manual out and just take your time. Set your adjusters before you permanently install the drums. Those two little nuts hold your drums to the axle drive hubs, I think they are 10mm head.
