Thanks, I already put in the relay but I didnšt separate the grounds. What I ought to do is remove and replace all the connectors, crimp them then solder the crimp, tin the star terminals and then maybe enclose the whole thing in a solid block of silver. Maybe that would give reliable grounds in these beasts! Sorry got carried away a bit. Mike
