depending on the year and engine in yours vw uses two senders on later engines. one on top on the head and one down next to the oil pump. if you have the dual setup they are different. one is a normal open and the other is a normal closed. the one on top on the head is the same one vw has used since the early bugs. if you vehicle only has one sender then it is the same one also. jimt On Tuesday, September 17, 2002, at 01:06 PM, Mike Blotz wrote:
