Been there, invented that, but I must add that for all of my early vehicles,
I was the FO (final owner).  My dad would bring home a big ol' spool of black
wire and say "Here ya go, rewire your car."  A spool of black wire, a roll of
masking tape, and a pen for labeling. Yippee!
