Call the dealer anyway. There is a safety recall on the AC tunnel. If the retrofit support kit has not already been installed they must install it. It doesn't matter the age of the vehicle. They will look up your VIN to see if it has ever been done before.If not, you are in luck. I have an 88 GL and had it done under ther recall about a year ago.

If you get the run-a-round from the dealer, I'm sure someone on the list here can supply you with the recal information and the numbers you need to present to the dealer to get them to act. But you should have no problems as this is a legitimate fix.
