[...] there is a way to have the jugs increased one size to about a 2.4L. the porsche mods with the big engines stick out of the engine bay. I am busy looking at all kinds of ways to mod my 82 primarily because i have never been able to own a vehicle without doing something squirrely with it. 1. stay with stock 2L and rebuild is by far the best option if you are not engine inclined 2. stay aircooled on your mod with a porsche mod with 2.5L 3. stay aircooled witha corvair mod (not for the mechanically unskilled) 4. go really wacky with a WC mod (extreme tools and skills needed)
