I agree with Tom. If you are pulling both heads anyway, you might as well do all four pistons. If you have alot of patience and a little luck you can use a big hose clamp as a ring compressor tool. Go to Home Depot and try to find one that is at least 3/4" wide and can close down to 94mm without a ton of extra clamp (or just cut the extra clamp off). Put a bunch of oil on the piston and have fun. After the first couple of trys you should get the knack of it. I have used this method quite a few times and it works like a charm. I have never pulled the piston pins in any waterboxer (so far). I have the nice Goetz rings if you need a set.
