Thanks all who had suggestion on fixing the printing problem I have with ETKA.
This was the suggestion sent to me by Sean. I thought I would share it as it
might solve your problems. Unfortunately it did not solve my problem. Maybe a
re-install, a different version or a local printer will make it work. I will
post my results later when I have some time to fiddle.
