I have had a similar leak on both of my vanagons--there is a hose that
carries coolant just above and in front of the license plate. It's about
3/8 in diameter, and there's a small hose clamp there that tends to get a
little loose. In both cases, I had a very slight leak by the exhaust,
slightly to the right side of center. Tightening the clamp fixed it in both
cases as well.
Nothing like finding coolant under your van....
