Malcom, Great idea, replacing that funky switch and faucet. But I think the switch you chose is too vulnerable to being pressed by whatever cargo happens to slide against the switch. The switch looks great, it's just the prominent mounting location. If it were mine, I'd drill a big hole and mount the switch from the rear of the panel, with the button just flush (or slightly below) cabinet surface. This way you could just push the toe of your shoe on the button to activate it, but no accidental activation would be possible.
