You are spot on,Ron...whilst it's nice to see Made in Germany on all things going on our beloved vans,I for one have had much better service life from AMC Spanish heads for example,compared to how long (or short) the OEM ones lasted (on a meticulously maintained van owned by me from new)

The only thing in this regard I will baulk at big time is purchasing anything electrical that is made in England ;-)
