You might try getting a female hydraulic fitting that matches the stripped male end, and screw it on and off in attempt to re-thread the stripped threads. Depending on how stripped it is, this may or may not work. I have also carefully used a file to fix stripped threads, although not on threads this small. If you cant repair the threads, I dont know of any other way to fix your problem other than replacing the line.

If your hydraulic lines are the same as my 82, the clutch lines are larger than standard german brake lines, so you cant use common brake lines. A local import auto parts store here in Columbus Ohio stocks the larger sized clutch metal lines, so maybe try a decent import parts store. To replace this line is not going to be something quick and easy.

I just replaced the slave cyl on my 82 and did not have any problems bleeding from the slave bleeder screw, other than the mess it makes all over the top of the trans. Never messed with the master, sorry cant help there.
