Mine cracked too. I have never liked the short sink faucet and I have long wanted a longer hose in the sink part, so I made a modification. I removed the faucet and just ran a hose up through the faucet opening. I added 2 smaller diameter hoses and a "horn button" on the floor so that now I can use both hands in the sink and use my foot on the floor switch to activate the water pump. I now have a very good set up, even my wife likes it better! Cost: about CDN $7.50. I'll soon take some digi-pics soon and post the URL. Malcolm
