I dont see any symptoms of bad valves.  100 psi is ok.  Are your plugs
fowling in those cylinders?  You said the van drives ok.

Your original problem was hot start problems.  Classic fuel injection
problem- either no fuel at start and vapor lock may be occurring, or
fuel is leaking at shutdown and enriching the start.

Try swithing the plugs of the 2 "bad" cylinders with the 2 plugs of the
good cylinders, then do the rpm drop test on all 4 plugs and see who
doesnt drop.

Then do the same for the 4 injectors.
